"Starting Fresh" Format

For new grads, career changers, or professionals without direct experience in their chosen field.

⦁ A job seeker is Starting Fresh when they don’t have direct experience in the field they are targeting.
⦁ Whether they are changing careers, recently graduated, or both, it is up to us to persuade the reader that the client’s background matches their goals. 

"Go-getter" Format

The go-getter is an experienced job seeker who has held the role they are seeking and the position is fairly focused/hands-on in scope. The role is generally well known and doesn’t inherently require specialized training, certifications, or education.

⦁ These formats work for a variety of job seekers, including sales reps, administrative assistants, customer service associates, editors, marketing coordinators, and nonprofit administrators.
⦁ These formats work well for managers who are below the executive level (executive-level clients would benefit from our VIP format).

"VIP" Format

For executive-level and senior-management clients, including CEOs, VPs, regional directors, and managing partners.
⦁ VIPs are senior managers and executives from nearly any field.
⦁ These formats work for a variety of job seekers, including operations managers, city administrators, C-level executives, sales directors, managing partners in CPA or law firms.


Federal Resume

You need a federal resume when applying for .gov or US Federal government agencies job, e.g.  Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Transportation, etc.
